About your piece: This Bahia bag is hand woven; each detail makes it unique. Crafted using 'crochet ‘ technique weaving 'Fique', a natural fiber unique to the Andes mountains, artisans hand dye the fiber to create this stunning shades.

Heritage: Handmade by artisans in the village of Curití, which translates to "Town of weavers" in the indigenous native Guane language. This community inherited the weaving techniques since the 1800's and continue to enhance and improve their trade and legacy.
